With outstanding sea and countryside views this comfortable and cosy holiday home is close to the centre of Lynton and is a most popular choice.
In a truly stunning position, Byways enjoys outstanding sea and countryside views. Peacefully located only a few hundred yards from the centre of Lynton and approached by an unmade road and shared driveway, this detached chalet style bungalow is stylish and comfortable throughout. There are wonderful views from the large window in the living/dining room and a coal effect electric fire makes it cosy all year round. An attractive sun lounge has patio doors onto the small level lawn, and the galley style kitchen is modern and well equipped. With views over roof tops and beyond to the sea, the master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The second double also enjoys a sea view, whilst the twin has woodland views and both are served by a family bathroom. The gardens are mostly lawned with borders and with an area of sloping lawn to the side there are some uneven areas in part. Lynton enjoys a wide range of local facilities, and Byways offers the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with TV with Freeview, video and DVD. Sun Lounge. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and compact fridge/freezer. Utility Room with washer/dryer and small additional fridge. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Double. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. 2 pets welcome. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls only. No Smoking. Private parking for 3 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly booking is Saturday.
