A lovely cottage in a tranquil location just a stones throw from a stunning golf course and with the bonus of an outdoor heated swimming pool and character bar and restaurant on site.
If you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Woolacombe, with great facilities on site and just a two mile drive to the glorious sandy beach, then Fairway Cottage is the perfect choice. Set right on the edge of Willingcott Valley with lovely views over the golf course and surrounding countryside, surrounded by well kept lawns. With a delightful mix of traditional oak beams and contemporary touches throughout, the open plan living room is kept cosy all year round by under floor heating. An attractive kitchen area is extremely well equipped for all your needs and the dining area can comfortably seat six. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two having ensuite shower rooms together with a modern family bathroom. A real bonus is the large shared heated outdoor swimming pool, open from Whitsun until the end of September. Retaining the cosy feel of a Devon Longhouse the onsite bar and restaurant means you never have to stray far to enjoy an evening out and what could be better for golf enthusiast than a stunning 18 hole golf course is right on your doorstep.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall, Cloakroom with WC and basin. Open plan Living / Dining/ Kitchen with TV with Freeview, DVD and radio/CD player. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room with basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin and ensuite shower room with basin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, mixer handset over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric heating. Regret no pets. No smoking. Ample parking. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
