It has stunning views from the lounge and bedroom of Whitby Abbey, St Marys Church and the harbour. You can explore the cobbled streets with their individual shops, or visit the ample tea rooms and excellent fish restaurants or just have a leisurely stroll on the long sandy beach stretching to the lovely village of Sandsend. The beautiful villages of Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes are within 10 miles of the property and are well worth a visit. You can take the North Yorkshire Moors steam train to the market town of Pickering stopping at Goathland otherwise known as Heartbeat Country, but wherever you decide to explore, this holiday apartment is a great base for any time of the year.
