Fell Croft is situated in the village of Pooley Bridge, on the shores of Ullswater, with easy access from the M6 Motorway and just 5 miles from the market town of Penrith. The property is ideally situated, at the end of a cul-de-sac, just out of the hustle and bustle of the village. It is an easy walk to the centre of the village with its pubs, restaurants and shops and onwards to the shores of the lake. Ullswater, is the second largest lake at 7.5 miles long, the lake offers a variety of water-based activities from canoeing; sailing and windsurfing to a leisure cruise on one of the famous steamers. Many walks start in the Ullswater Valley from the trek up to Helvellyn to low level strolls along the shoreline. There are many places to visit nearby including Dalemain Historic house and gardens, Rheged, Aira Force and The Alpaca Centre to name just a few! The bustling town of Keswick is only 25 minutes drive away.
