Description of Prospect Cottage
A traditional semi detached cottage situated in the heart of the village. Parking is available in the car park directly opposite for a small weekly charge.
This charming semi-detached former farm workers cottage is in the heart of Combe Martin with pubs, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The cottage fronts onto the famous two mile long High Street, and also has a rear entrance from the lane running to the side of the property across a small, enclosed, cobbled courtyard. There is a modern galley style kitchen and utility room, and an archway joins the living and dining rooms which are comfortably furnished in a traditional style. Both bedrooms on the first floor are in pine together with a spacious, modern bathroom. In an ideal location, within a short drive of all of North Devon's attractions, Prospect Cottage is perfect for walkers who can enjoy this fantastic coastline and the ever changing Exmoor scenery.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with TV with Freeview, video and gas fire. Dining room. Kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Utility room with washing machine. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric heaters. No cot is provided; please bring your own travel cot. 2 pets welcome. No Smoking. A parking space is available in The Pack of Cards car park opposite the cottage at a cost of approx £10 per week. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
