This lovely ground floor apartment is in an ideal location just a two minute stroll to the beach and village centre with a great choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. Deceptively spacious and stylishly presented throughout, the modern living room has comfy leather seating flanking the attractive fireplace with electric wood burning style stove, perfect for cosy evenings. French doors provide access onto a small decked patio and garden which overlooks the village and beach, just the spot for dining al fresco or enjoying an evening glass of wine. A separate sitting / dining room adds to the feeling of space and granite worktops complement the modern maple kitchen. Two attractive bedrooms are served by modern family bathroom and a roomy hallway provides excellent storage space. Tamarin is a fabulous apartment and feels like a real home from home. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. You may park at the front to unload. 1allocated parking space at the rear with additional spaces when available and with several steps down to apartment entrance. Regret no pets. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
